St. Anne's will play host to the Liverpool area RSCM festival this year. Choristers from across the diocese will meet to sing together and see the presentation of Deans' and Bishops' Awards to the successful candidates.
 
Rehearsal will be at 2.30pm followed by a short refreshment break then evensong at 4.30pm.
 
Music to include:
 
Introit "O Lorde, the maker of al thing" - Joubert
Magnificat and Nunc Dimittis in C - Kelly
Anthem "O thou, the central orb" - Wood
 
The conductor will be Geoff Williams, Musical Director, St Anne, Stanley and the organist will be Ian Wells, Musical Director, Holy Trinity, Southport.
 
All are welcome whether as a choir or individual singer
 
A regional rehearsal at a venue convenient to participants will be held in the second half of April.
 
Members of congregations are warmly invited to come along.
